Volto at The Mint in September

While we sit and wait patiently/impatiently for some kind of Tool news (possibly even tour dates, though that seems to appear more unlikely each passing day), I can update you on a coming Volto! show at the Mint on September 5th. No baked potatoes will be available at this show, however I’m sure the beer will be cold and the music soothing to ones ears. If you’re in Los Angeles… Read More »Volto at The Mint in September

Puscifer tour announcement on Monday?

Maynard has teased a Puscifer tour announcement coming this Monday (AZ time) via Instagram and Facebook, which I would conclude based on previous non-announcements is a list of tour dates: Lots of @Puscifer News on Monday (17th) We say this not to tease, but rather to give you a heads up. #MoneyShot #PUSCIFER2015 A photo posted by Puscifer & Caduceus (@puscifer) on Aug 15, 2015 at 9:40am PDT For those… Read More »Puscifer tour announcement on Monday?

Devo Keenan AMA or Reddit

An interesting post on Reddit r/toolband today is an AMA featuring Devo Keenan, son of Tool singer Maynard James Keenan. Devo posted a photo of himself to claim authenticity, I can’t really verify it, since I have no idea what he looks like. Assuming it’s legit, it’s an interesting read. For Tool fans this is the most topical response: Thanks for coming by! Have you heard any new Tool or… Read More »Devo Keenan AMA or Reddit

Puscifer Tour 2015 dates on the way

Update 14-Aug-2015: The date has been removed from Ticketmaster. I’d say the show is still likely to happen, but I wouldn’t go booking flights or anything just yet. I suspect we’ll get an announcement of the full tour next week if the reported on-sale date is anything to go by. The first date of the Puscifer Tour 2015 (aside from the Monster Mash Fest show) has been announced, and it’s… Read More »Puscifer Tour 2015 dates on the way

June newsletter updated to include “The Deal”?

Yodhehvauheh_ pointed out in the comments section of the page that the 2015 Tool June Newsletter has been updated finally. Part of it we already know, in that Puscifer are playing at the Monster Mash Festival in Arizona. The other part is something a little more cryptic. From the June Newsletter: THE DEAL What should be of interest is the deal… I guess we’ll find out soon enough. PUSCIFER ADDED… Read More »June newsletter updated to include “The Deal”?

Tool July 2015 Newsletter

Blair has published the Tool July 2015 Newsletter on Toolband this morning, and this time around it addresses Pluto, interviewing parking bollards, and hints at some further work being done on the new Tool album. It also gives Fourtheye a few plugs! Okay, by now some of you might be thinking, “fuck this expansive mind-stuff! I’m going to go to the fourtheye site to see if there’s any real news?”… Read More »Tool July 2015 Newsletter
