According to a recent post on Toolband/Army, Isis will shortly be releasing a single for the track Holy Tears from the In The Absence Of Truth album. The single will contain a live version of track featuring Justin Chancellor recorded at the Continental Airlines Arena. Blair has released the March 2008 Tool Newsletter today, and it seems to be somewhat interesting for a change with discussions about a new Tool album, Rock band/Guitar Hero, Beach towels and the live DVD. It doesn’t really give us any new information at all, but at least gives us a vague idea of what we might be able to expect in the future…
Blair‘s December newsletter is up, and it’s quite possibly the most cryptic one yet. I can’t really make much sense of it, though it does suggest that something may be going on sale on the 17th of January, possibly a live DVD, though I’d say that’s somewhat unlikely. Blair’s November Newsletter is now up on Toolband/Army, and talks about some of his adventures on the road with Tool. He also talks about the soon to be release merchandise (more details in the soon to be posted December Newsletter apparently), and depending on how much you read into these things, some may be inclined to think that some kind of Salival reissue may be happening…
Blair posted a picture of the customised Tool posters on sale on the current US Tour. I wasn’t able to view the images with Firefox though, I could only see them in IE, so I’ve posted the image below for those who aren’t able to see it. Blair posted the October Newsletter today on Toolband/Army. Not really much to it this month. In amongst the usual ramblings is the fact that Toolarmy will be offering some special merchandise sometime in the next month or so. Presumably before Xmas. Hopefully nothing too expensive this time, cause I’m all outta money…

Blair has posted the lyrics for Jambi on Toolarmy today. Non-Toolarmy members will just have to continue humming along until someone posts them online. Blair also plugs the V is for Vagina CD from Puscifer, which is available for pre-order on the Puscifer site. It’s not very Tool-ish for those that haven’t heard any yet. Those wanting something more Toolish will just have to wait until December…
