(the) Melvins @ (the) Mandrake

According the Ipecac website, the Mandrake will opening a gallery soon which feature album covers made by more than 30 artists inspired by The Melvins.  Tool favorites Kevin Willis and Mackie Osbourne will be featured, but there are also a few other familiar names in the lineup. The show runs from the 17th of February through to the 24th of March at 2692 S. La Cienega Boulevard Los Angeles.

Here are a few Tool and Non-Tool related news items I’ve noticed in the last few days: Apparently Tool are playing on Wednesday, March 21st at the Tucson Convention Center in Tucson.  Thanks to Toolshed. Tool changed their set for the Gold Coast BDO last night, dropping a newer song for an older one.  Thanks Matt!
