Puscifer coming soon

According to Maynard’s Myspace site: greetings from some hotel room in Seoul, Korea. i know i’ve said it and said it, but it looks like we are about a week or so away from launching www.puscifer.com just a few finishing touches on the backend, a few MP3 and .gif uploads, some splash page construction, etc… then we launch. Cherie did some .gif photography for the merch section which should be… Read More »Puscifer coming soon

Followup to San Diego

Here’s an article I read this morning from SignOnSanDiego talking about the events of the recent San Diego concert, during which 15 people were injured. If found the article to be quite interesting, and talks in depth about the responses by the local authorities, and praise for Maynard and the band in how they dealt with the situation. Sadly it seems that some of these injuries are life threatening, so… Read More »Followup to San Diego

VOLTO!

It would seem that VOLTO! as going to play a show while Danny passes time between tours, this time at the Baked Potato on the 20th of July.  For advanced tickets call 818-980-1615, and from what I understand, due to the size of the venue, they do sell out.

Blair interviews Aaron Harris

Today on Toolband/Army Blair posted an interview with Aaron Harris from Isis.  Not sure how much of it is real, but it covers details of the new tour with Tool, their upcoming live DVD and the consumption of endangered species!  Who could ask for more.

Volto! and JZ

Blair tells us (I think) that there’s a couple of good shows coming up: Firstly on the 3rd of July, JZ and his Hubcap Corral will be playing at the Baked Potato.  Apparently there’ll be a BBQ out the back, and Tool fans are invited.  Who knows who will show up. Then, on the 20th of July, Volto! will be playing also at the Baked Potato.  No word on whether… Read More »Volto! and JZ

Korean Show, Volto

Blair makes a couple of posts on Toolband/Army to day, the first of which reveals that Tool will be playing at the Olympic Main Stadium in Seoul, Korea on the 15th of August. He also mentions that Danny will be playing with Volto on July the 20th at the Baked Potato in LA.

Living Colour, Rumours

For those of you who live in Sydney, and have nothing to do on Saturday night (the 20th) make sure you get on over to The Roxy to see one of my favorite bands – Living Colour.  These guys (as well as Tool and Faith No More) we’re probably the biggest influences on me musically when I was younger.  Sadly, they’re touring nowhere near Northern Queensland, so I won’t get… Read More »Living Colour, Rumours
