Note: This post contains no Tool content (aside from a few Tool shirts I saw at the gig). For those that can’t handle that concept, please move on! Last night I was lucky enough to head into town with a mate of mine and check out a band I’ve been meaning to see in a small setting for some time now. The Dillinger Escape Plan are a band I’ve been… Read More »Review: Dillinger Escape Plan & Periphery @ Fowlers Live

I just found out today from a couple of Fourtheye readers (thanks WormLord and gnjasmkr) that Adam is also involved with King Buzzo on producing some music for what I presume is a graphic novel called The “Y†Incision: We have decided to make our first book bigger, badder, and with more Cal McDonald! The first book will feature both "The ‘Y" Incision" and "Nocturnal Invasions" Cal McDonald stories written… Read More »Adam & The “Y” Incision
Just yesterday I was reading an article about a new X Files comic which happens to be a crossover with the 30 Days of Night series. Then this morning I had it pointed out to me by a couple of readers that Adam is actually involved in this. No details on what exactly he’s contributed, but I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough. Update: Looks like Adam is a co-writer,… Read More »Adam’s Comic, Justin’s Side Project & Happy Birthday’s

I’ve been looking forward to Soundwave 2010 for quite a while now. Not only were one of my favorite bands Faith No More reuniting, but it also featured several other favorites of mine, including Tool touring buddies Meshuggah and Isis. Forecast for the day was originally in the high 30s, but thankfully this didn’t turn out to be the case – it was a beautiful Adelaide day in the end!… Read More »Soundwave 2010
I’ve been quite busy the last few days, so have a few bits and pieces to post, none of which are amazingly exciting though. At least it will clear my Inbox! I may also get around to posting my Soundwave review which is sitting in my Drafts folder! The most important one is that Alex Grey and his wife were involved in a serious car accident last week. They both… Read More »Playing Catchup!
