Google Ads Experiment

Hi Everyone, You may have noticed the recent appearance of Google Ads on the site.  No this is not an early April Fools joke, more an experiment to look at ways to help the site reach a break even point. I will be leaving them on the site for the month of April, and then will evaluate how they’ve gone, and whether or not I’d like to continue with them.… Read More »Google Ads Experiment

Tool joing Mile High Club

According to James and Adambot, Tool will be joining the lineup for the Mile High Festival in Denver, Colorado.  Tool will play with the likes of Widespread Panic, Ben Harper & Relentless7, G. tojenol from Toolarmy posted the following today: My cousin works at a mall record store, HMV, and she mentioned that there was a Tool release scheduled in May that came up in the computer recently. File this well and truly in the rumours department for now, but I would suspect a May release of The Pot DVD is definitely not beyond the realms of possibility…

The Pot video details

Mahamundra from Toolarmy pointed out a quote from the recent Guitar World interview with Adam Jones, and a recent tweet from Meats Meier as having something in common…. Adam Jones: We’re working on ‘The Pot’ but Ive been really lazy lately[Laughs]. The setup for it is a-lot more epic, so its actually good that we’ve been able to have more time. Its going to be all stop motion and in… Read More »The Pot video details

Tool to play All Good Festival?

This is nothing more than speculation based on Blair‘s cryptic emails, but is worth posting anyway: Sounds kinda crazy I know, but collectivejudas29 put together a good analysis of Blair’s spirit session from the February newsletter that led him to conclude Tool may be playing a show in July. It seems right to me, and more specifically it seems like they might be playing a festival. If it’s in July,… Read More »Tool to play All Good Festival?
