The report is that you check in at 12:30 and it starts at 1pm, but word on the street is to get there early b/c that determines your seating during the Q&A. ~Kat

I got in through the automated phone system for Cedar Park got some that are not too bad. 1-800-745-3000

It kept doing the same thing to me for Houston so I changed the quantity to one and it went through but to get the other one I had to use a different card and it went through on the first try. I hope the seats are next to each other, I'm not sure how that's going to work. Good luck!
