I am pretty sure this is the bit referred to as "bouncy arab". It is in 11/8 and the tonality is slightly different that Descneding so I think this is something different that is just similar in the same way Descending and Invincible are. Who knows.

I've always thought that they designed those to look like cornucopias, but maybe I just thought that as a kid because they look similar.

Has Tool actually officially announced the album? We know they recorded it, mastered it, and have told select live audiences that it is coming August 30th, but to my knowledge there hasn't been an actual announcement. How does a band get this bad at releasing material?
