Re: Tool Streaming/Remastered Versions

Interesting! I knew something was up when they released everything! Something was different I thought. I especially heard the difference on the Undertow. I used to have all the albums uploaded on Spotify. I heard a couple songs played back to back and heard something but couldn't place it.I've remov...

This was the very first song that stuck in my head on my first listen. Depending on the time of day this becomes my fav off the album. Extremely catchy! Adam is a Master of Riffs! Justin's bass lines are just so Schism-y? The first ten seconds in the beginning of Schism. Very powerful song in my opi...

My wife works at a Veterans Affairs hospital as a nurse. And I asked her what she thinks of these lyrics and she says they remind her of the vets she takes care of. Some of the lyrics sound like it's coming from a vet who's seen a lot of bad things in war and is coming to terms with the fact that he...

I was afraid of hearing this song on my first listen cuz of all the reviewers cumming over this song. But then after that first minute buildup I then shat my pants after he goes "Fuck! So glad we're talking about this song. This is the song that haunts me when I'm not listening to the album! It's such a personal song. Like it belongs to me. And I'm singing it! But of course, Danny disrupts that private session I have with Maynard with his DDDRUMS!

Re: Recusant Ad Infinitum

Actually my recording is from my phone. But what I meant to say is that the actual recording, when sped up, the audible noises are from whomever made the recording and included into the "segue". Tough to explain. There's just so many layers to this album. I've been dissecting it since the leak! I'm ...

Re: Recusant Ad Infinitum

Been playing around with this track on Audacity(recorded via phone in a wav file) and I'm sure someone will figure this out, but I believe this "segue" is actually sped up considerably. It's about 20 seconds or so. And I'm pretty sure there is some kinda pitch adjustment as well. I tried reversing i...

In all reality how many fucking discs would a complete be? 10?? That’s gonna be expensive!
The Type O Negative Box was nearly $200 and contains 6 double LPs for a grand total of 12 discs. (I got it for $170 from popmarket, btw)
