2014 SPOILERS!

There seems to be a lack of info on this tour. I wanted to set this up, and hopefully get info from people attending. Talks especially on VIP packages, experiences, questions and answers, set lists to come, and also New Segues and new jams. I believe I have found a new jam already that sounds very i...

Re: If you could decide a Tool setlist, what would it be?

id love to see 46+2 and schism disappear for a few years. replacing them with 4degrees and eulogy would be nice. problem is if Schism disappears so does the new 2 minute intro and the older extended middle, which would be a crying shame. That's a very good point, I love that intro, and hope its dev...

Re: How will Tool approach the design of the new album?

Questions for Adam. Well I remember people saying they basically took song requests at the sound check, without maynard. That is something I would highly keep in mind. Why not ask if there is any way to hear part of a new tune! Or The Grudge, id ask for the Grudge! For $500 id ask some serious quest...

Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

I was Highly skeptical that these recordings were anything. But, now that there are two, it has me thinking a little bit. To my ear they sound a little different. Also, I use the word remix because Adam did in the first post of the baby with music. Interesting stuff.

Re: How will Tool approach the design of the new album?

I don't think this mini tour will change much. But hopefully with the album tour they will. I liked how in 2012-13 they were kind of minimalistic for the first couple of tunes. Opening with Hooker and old school lighting made it seem vintage at first, and they worked their way into giant 46 and 2 sc...

How Will Tool Approach The New Album TOUR? Hopefully Adam and Junior expand a little bit and get crazy. More lasers? Different back drop for sure? Even more screens?

Maybe something like the 26 minture mark? That would be cool!

Interesting video of Adams baby and a live remix. ? It could mean something really cool? But I doubt it. Probably just screwing around again.

Re: How will Tool approach the design of the new album?

I really don't think they will be able to beat the 10,000 days packaging. It was really cool and unprecidented. Because they wont be able to beat it, I think they will have to include more with the cd to intice people to buy it. Probably The Pot DVD. Hopefully something live, but probably not. A gol...

Re: Petition for a Tool and System of a Down tour

Okay, one song to cut from the setlist and replace. What would it be? If you care to replace it fine. I'll cut stinkfist. Why not replace with, The Grudge. Sha righ. Your choice?

Re: Petition for a Tool and System of a Down tour

Stinkfist definitely needs to be cut from the setlist. Schism, while I believe is pretty good live, especially the jam, I could cut and see something else. I believe iv seen those two at every show iv seen.

Re: Petition for a Tool and System of a Down tour

Yeah it hasn't seemed to work in the past. Excited for any news, I'll take it. But, they need a new tune out there bad. If they don't play something new, they better keep pulling out deep cuts, which has been pretty rad. Never in my life did I think I'd see ticks and Hooker played at the same show, ...

Re: Petition for a Tool and System of a Down tour

Hey Junior, anything new we could expect in the lighting/stage performance with the upcoming dates? I'm not reaching for specifics per say, a yes or no would suffice. My guess is that we won't really see any significant changes until the new album tour in 2021. I suspect you'll see some of the stuf...

Re: Random Tool Social Media thread

That would be weird and different if Toolband actually announced dates before they sold out. I wonder how many dates? It would be strange if its a lot, unless they're farther along on the album then we think. Or they made these dates thinking they would be done and arnt. ?
