Re: Tool - 24 March 2014 - Cedar Park Center - Cedar Park, T

I've got a sneaking suspicion that this venue will get a pink skull (SG). They used the color in NZ last year and its about the only color they haven't used yet.

Not a whole lot of activity of users on here with that print. Several have come up on eBay in the past months. ~$250-350 is the going rate over there.

Re: North America 2014 Posters Thread (Obv Spoiler duh)

There already is a gallery online. It is called expressobeans.com ^ I also made a gallery back a couple years ago of pics of prints the 4E people have framed. Don't have the link anymore (as I forgot which image hosting site I used) but it should be in the old 4E forum under "framing prints&qu...

Re: Tool Stuff on eBay

Rgardjr you have something more rare than a variant though. You have the original screen for EMEK's 2001 Berlin right? You have a good memory. I purchased the original artwork from Emek for his first Tool poster in Berlin. He sent the original drawing with his hand cut rubilyth overlay and the film...

San Fran night 2 signed - Opening at a decent price San Fran Night 1 and 2 - Nice to see them together. Is it the way he took the picture, or do the two prints not line up exactly? Dallas 1 & 2 2012 were like this VIP Package Goodie w/ signed VIP Print @ $30 w/ 2 days left And this one would be...

Re: Tool Stuff on eBay

It's not like Adam saw them for the first time when they first arrived to the venue. Posters were not finished printing until about 2 hours before doors for Dallas night 1 2012 (The smelliest poster ever created btw) We had to wait 20 minutes at merch for the signed prints to show b/c the band was ...

Re: Tool Stuff on eBay

I agree with you that it's a rare poster, but isn't that valuable to me. Oh agreed. As far as band member created prints it is the most valuable. EMEK's prints are the most valuable of all the commissioned artists, well his variants are at least. If I had the scratch I would splurge for his prints....

This is the one you should be pining for:

2010 Sacramento

Most valuable/rare modern era single print. Something like 30 exist in fan possession.

The 2010 prints were "standard size" Cost of frame for 2010 print $34 - Off the shelf frame: No matte, basic glass, clip back secured Really? Example? The only 2010 poster I know of is the San Francisco one because I'm in love with it, and that one is long and skinny like the Korin 2012 p...

Re: Forum Rules & Guidelines

Rules noted. One question though: We used to have the Titties 1.0 and then 2.0 thread where partial nudity was allowed for the gen pop. I haven't seen it in a while. I am not dying to see it again, but every once in a while it was fun to check out for the pics and mostly the comments on them. Is thi...

Adding to the rainbow. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/03/12/anygery6.jpg Mirror image is probably a good bet. Blue and red lines go to the right so it would look weird to have other colors on the other side. BTW, no one commented on the stink level of these prints? They look like a similar printing p...

Anyone seen this before? Thoughts on legitimacy. DC cymbal http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTE5NVgxNjAw/z/yJ4AAOxy4fVTFbiF/$_57.JPG Well at a bare minimum it appears that it is/was a Paiste signature series cymbal. Yeah it is a blast to check out if you like Rock Art.

It is especially fun if you have cash to spend as most people I've dealt with on there want to sell, unless you have a large and diverse collections of prints from other bands/artists.

Re: Collective Unconscious?

I did some basic searching and it looks like its a site dedicated to collecting Tool live recordings? That would be the "Tool Drive Project" . Not members only. All you have to have is a spare 500GB (but 1TB preferred) hard drive and pay for shipping to Oklahoma. Best use of a spare HDD I...

Re: General Tour Discussion Thread

I thought the ones done by Adam's wife were pretty good. A nice change from Adam's usual style (which to be honest, is getting a little stale). I'd like to see them working with more artists on these, but then again, from a sales point of view, they know that work by Adam is always going to sell be...

Does Tool collude with custom frame makers? Their posters are among the best music posters ever but, goddamn, it wouldn't kill them to make them the size of a standard frame. The 2010 prints were "standard size" Cost of frame for 2010 print $34 - Off the shelf frame: No matte, basic glass...
