The charge on my bank account was originally dated 3-26-13. Now a new charge is posted 4-7-13 (which I assume means my item shipped)

I have still yet to receive a shipping confirmation email though.

Is this the usual order of operations?

That is what I was thinking.Â Unless they shipped media mail to make that little extra profit from shipping charges.

They look like bubble wrap insulated envelopes. They must be going USPS, so that will take considerably longer. IF they did ship on 4/2/13. Maybe here by Friday?Â Who knows... I just wish we got tracking numbers.

My status still says "Processing". My card was fully charged 5 days ago, and I haven't received any emails since the initial first two confirmation emails when I bought it.

Is this something I should be worried about?

If your card was charged I imagine it should be alright.Â It seems like the Tool Store is having a problem with updating the statuses.

Okay, I'll add this. Remove the CD package first. Mine was difficult to pull apart. A bit frustrating actually.

Definitely a "hand-made" product.

Not so much. It's an interesting package though, despite being a bit beat up.

The USB card punched a hole in the interior envelope it was in, as well as creasing the sticker beneath it. The

glue holding the bottom of the main package has completely failed too. It's wide open.

Not a big surprise that there's nothing on the USB card. I think it's something they threw in last minute to try and justify the $150 price tag. How many GB is it?
