I'm honestly surprised that Lateralus has been off the setlist for as long as it has. The last tour they played it live was in 2014, and Stinkfist was still the closer for those shows. Lateralus, like NIN's Hurt, should close out every show.

Yeah I wouldn't argue with that. Lateralus should never leave the set and it should close for sure. I just meant if they are leaving it out I got no qualms with stinkfist closing.

I'm just glad they didn't come back to Aus after 2013 so I didn't have to see a greatest hits tour without the song played. I'd have been pissed if it was off the set but not with new songs to hear I can justify it

I dig Intolerance, but I would be a bit disappointed if this was the only gig I was hitting.

I would also love to hear Lateralus as a closer, or in the set at all.

He streamed the drum solo but from the break room haha then walked on stage after intermission and sat his phone on his amp and played vicarious it was pretty dope

Stream worked just fine for me. I suspect it's your bandwidth that was the problem.

Could be, though a bunch of people on Reddit said the same thing last time. But it seems to be very telling with you being in Australia and me being in the States that my bandwidth is probably shit.

Plus I couldn't stop myself from making a Simpsons/Theee Stooges/Tool reference.

The temptation to hear the new songs has subsided for me. I would say it's smooth sailing from here, but I have a feeling that more new material will be debuted in Europe. 103 days.

Nah, I hope they go back to a bare minimum setlist with weak vocals. I don't want to regret not shelling out hundreds of EUR to a ticket reseller.

Don't even go there, I would of flown to Amsterdam if I didn't have to pay triple price from touts. Going to have to stand in a field with 100k sweaty fuckers instead now.
