Thinking about it, it was obviously a TMZ employee filming, I bet they have every member of Tool followed 24/7 for events just like this, it makes sense when you think about it.

In fairness, i don't tend to just hang out watching people. I've never really noticed many people filming shit tbh.

Nor do i frequent social media channels that just try and video shame people either

It's not exactly a hobby of mine to frequent said channels or just hang out watching people either. It's just kind of naïve to not know that smart phones rule our lives and that people are very quick to pull them out whenever they see something of interest.

Next time you're out in a public space, make a commotion and see what happens.

Here's a conspiracy theory for everyone:

What if Danny's arrest at the airport was STAGED so as to promote the band's forthcoming tour after such extensive delays etc.?

"We need a boost! We need some publicity... Hey Danny, go play drums at a Kansas Uni bball game, go to a Chiefs game in a KC jersey and then get arrested at the airport & call one of the cops a TOOL!"

Here in the States, it's become a craze. When someone sees some kind of commotion, someone will take their cell phone out and start recording just to get some footage. Especially if there is a cop involved. Famous person or not. Still very unsure if this person recording knew who Danny is. Just saying people are recording everything these days. Haven't you guys seen all these Karen videos and all these antimasker videos on youtube? It has gotten ridiculous.

Again - and not to agree with Tyson - for at least the last ten years, yes, it's what people do. Regardless of who was behind the camera, or what paparazzi company they work for, I'd look forward to more information on what actually went down to begin with.
