I think the international listing is just a place holder for when it goes on sale tomorrow.

I don't think those are actually sold out yet.

Check Discogs. I just got a sealed variant I cd from a TX record dealer for $100. Less than ideal, but eBay is going around $200. Figure I’ll stay in this weekend and call it a wash.

The Seppo sale was available the entire time they said it was open. So clearly they're gathering the pre-orders and will THEN make that amount. Hence 1 PM - 11:59 PM = 10 hours 59 minutes it will be available and WON'T "Sell out" during that time - no rush.

So as for the FI sale on TA, $65.98 USD including 20 that was shipping is what I paid at 3.06am. I just checked and they are all sold out now.

The download code I received is only for MP3. If I remember correctly the slip of paper in the CD package with the download code specifically indicates MP3.

I think you received an email with a link to a download? That's just for the non-us folks that ordered the CDs through Tool directly.
