Can we get a buyer's remorse thread going later when people realize they spent 150 bucks on cardboard and signatures? And to be fair, if your new arrival gives you a hard on you can publish that too (verbal only preferably).

I don't think we need a new thread for reviews, as we already have a dozen Opiate threads at the moment.  Let's keep the predictable complaints to the Grudge thread.  Any complaints I see here that aren't legitimate reviews are getting moved.

I received versions 1-4 today! 2 separate packages with 2 versions in each. I was surprised they weren't wrapped or separated individually. No damage through the mail, everything all good.

Its a really nice box/envelope even though the contents are a bit hard to get in and out. Signatures came out well, artwork inside is amazing, usb thingy is neat. I would post a pic but not sure how on here.

Overall im kinda disappointed. Don't get me wrong I love it BUT when I bought the Rage Against the Machine 20th Anniversary box set I felt like I got way more than my moneys worth, its not signed but its less than half the price. Im not comparing the bands but at least it came with a remastered version of the album. As a collectible Opiate is an easy 10 but as far as contents go, a different sticker on the CD doesn't cut it. Left wanting more from a band thats left me wanting more since 1993, LOL what else would I expect?

Is the artwork the same in each of the booklets?

To everyone stating that $150 is too much money; Do you have any idea what these will be worth in the near future? Quite a bit I'm predicting. I look at it as an investment. Buyers remorse? I think not.

On topic: Has anyone who ordered from "toolband" on the 26th received their confirmation shipment e-mail?

If it was a 500 not 5000 it would be collectable

WTF? Why the fuck would you purposefully post a picture from my old myspace account of my ex-fiance and I? Nice. You're fuckin' special. I want this removed. Ignorant fuck.

Image removed.  I can't actually see it as it's blocked here in the office.

Tyson, you pull that shit again and it'll be an instant ban.  Posting pictures of other members on this forum (presuming that's what it was) without their permission is crossing the line.

Thank you Hellboy! !! It definitely was me and let me tell you; my heart hit my gut when I seen it. If it wasn't removed, I was going to leave this site and revoke my donation. Guess it's time to delete my old myspace. Don't ever think of those things, yanno? Didn't ever think that someone would ever do something like that either. What a jerk-off.

Something to do with the markers they used and the material of the product, right? Someone else mentioned this in another thread.

I'm really disappointed for you guys that didn't get what you expected, but equally happy that others are very satisfied with their purchase.

Seems like there are no longer any guarantees when it comes to consumption, these days . . .

The ones without Adam's signature are actually more collectable.

Think about it.
