my show said it started at 8 pm. And the lights when down right at 8. not a minute later. There is some wrestling throughout, but its all part of the show. The concert opens with a video, and Major Douche talking, so i dont recommend skipping the first 20 min. Just go and enjoy the show in its entirety, the way MJK intended.

The venue i was at was also smaller, in comparison to the average concert. More of a concert hall/stage setup, with assigned seats. So once the lights went out it was difficult to get in and out of the row to and from your seat. It pissed me off when people kept squeezing in front of us to leave. Much like a movie theater.

Go at 7.

Totally agree. I'm not a fan of the luchador wrestling thing but it's hard to find your seat when the lights are off and it sucks having someone fidgeting with their ticket in front of you, blocking your view, shining their cell phone light at the seats, etc. You paid for the ticket. Take the ride.

Nobody? Is this something that would get more traction on the #slack channel, or are we just weak in the NYC contingent?

YOu should definitely come onto the #slack channel, but it's unlikely you'll meet someone from NYC. Unless UKE has recently moved...

How's the sound on a Puscifer show? The drums sounds kinda weak on the bootlegs. God i'm so hyped on going to see them!

I saw them the other night, sound was great.....they played sort of amped-up versions of Breathe and Flippant, which I thought were the standout songs of the night.

I havent heard many bootlegs, but i can say that at the live show the drums were VERY pronounced. Front and center. Lead the concert the whole time.

Looking at the calendar... Voodoo Music Festival is October 28-30 so perhaps we'll see both Puscifer and Tool there?

Listening to a bootleg from when they played in Columbus (check it out on dime, it's amazing!) and noticed that Maynard STILL uses "schlayer". Also worth mentioning, Life of Brian sounded like horse shit. Hopefully they had a bad night that night.

My only gripe with the last leg is that they played too many songs from Money Shot. They played damn near the whole thing. I know they're touring in support of the album but they left out classics like Dozo, The Undertaker, Polar Bear, Momma Sed, Potions, and Queen B. Flippant was a nice surprise, though. I'm guessing the setlist will mostly stay the same for Europe but we'll see.
