There is a known issue with purchasing devoted and venerable packages. Mgmt has been working on the issue. Currently, the only package available is the basic membership package.

FYI FOR CURRENT MEMBERS WITH LOG IN CHALLENGES....

For people who don’t remember their id or email, include:
1) full name
2) the address listed on the account
3) One of the following:
a. the order number for the membership purchase
b. the month and date that they joined toolarmy or
c. the phone number listed on the account.

For people who no longer use the email listed on the account, have them include:
1) their membership name or ID number
2) the address listed on the account
3) the email address currently listed on the account

**include the email address that you want to use to update your account with. Once everything is verified your account will be updated you will be contacted at the email provided advising you can reset your login info.

I do not. Monster Mash was completely different from the previous VIPs. I suspect the experience will be tweeked again.

Will Adam sign stuff at the VIP event?......like can I bring in something to get signed?

Last time they started out doing that, but it was taking too much time so they stopped letting people bring stuff and everyone just got a presigned poster. I imagine that will be the case again.

I hope you guys get a sound check. That was the high light when I did the VIP in Vegas in 2014. That and Adam just playing around on his guitar and playing 4 degrees.

Does anyone ever ask about distributing tickets to shows in a fashion that gets more tickets directly to fans and less to re-sellers?

I know people mentioned NIN had a good system, but I don't hit those shows so I'm not familiar.
I remember Pearl Jam distributing tickets once thru their own selves (Vitalogy tour in golden gate park), but I guess systems like that never really took off. Too much $$$/time/resources?

If you are buying over the internet via Ticketmaster, maybe the first day only credit cards with 'local zip codes' could purchase tickets?
Something so that we are not competing with re-sellers across planet Earth for tickets to a local show.
