So Eulogy eh? Nice to see em break out an old classic. Granted this is all still a huge waste of time for a band that is claiming to be working on a new album But I digress. Eulogy IS one helluva song.

is eulogy gonna be a one and done performance or will it continue sporadically throughout the tour? i think tonight in rochester holds the key.

also, do you guys think lateralus (song) will get some airtime in the next month or so? that would be welcome.

Am assuming lateralus is gone for the next while by the looks of it. Still dont know how id feel about it, be great to see tunes like the grudge and parabola again but no lateralus just doesnt seem right to me.

Yeah I would say Lateralus won't be returning this tour and I'm ok with that...the grudge and parabol(a) are fine replacements and better songs to hear/see live in my books.

More interested to know if Undertow will show itself tonight or at all this tour...flood anyone? Or even sober, surprised that wasn't interchanged with Vicarious...along with Third Eye. Still early days! We've seen from recent tours some pretty big changes along the way. Perhaps we could see another 'back to future' moment like we did with intolerance a few tours back...fingers crossed.

I don't understand them not making Eulogy an every night staple. Spice up this greatest hits tour and throw your restless fans a fucking bone.

My instincts tell me we won't see Lateralus again this tour.

It's too bad but that's definitely going to be the case. Hopefully the fine folks of Rochester get Eulogy tonight.

It would be disappointing to say the absolute least if they don't play Eulogy any more this tour. Looks like Rochester got Parabol and Vicarious so not going to happen tonight

I hate that they monkey with taking Parabol out if they're going to add some other song. Those two (Parabol/Parabola) really are one coherent piece so either play it or don't! (But please do, it's amazing). /nerdrant

can someone who's going to a future VIP event ask if eulogy was played in regards to chris cornell's passing? i can only surmise this was the reason given its singular performance to this point in past 16 years

I read somewhere in passing that it was in tribute of him. Regardless they need to play that shit at least every other show. I'll be so pissed that I skipped the Hershey PA show if they don't play it again this tour. I could have bought SO MUCH chocolate.

Eulogy's an odd choice for a tribute...

I don't remember where I saw it and thought it was odd at the time. Probably one of the clixkbaits in my feed. I know that it wasn't from a member of the band perhaps just the writers interpretation. It's also odd that they haven't played it again. Maybe tonight, we will know in an hour and a half.

Perhaps Eulogy was a tribute but Cornell died on May 18th and they played it on the 25th, the second night of the tour. Why not the first, the 24th? If they don't throw it back into the rotation tonight, I'd say it was a one-time performance which is unfortunate. Last time they played Hamilton, Ontario the fans got treated to a cover of "Some Days It's Dark."

Maybe they needed a show to tighten up... I am totally of the belief that if it doesn't happen tonight then it's not looking good the rest of this tour.

Agree 100%. I can understand trimming it on a festival show, but at a Tool show either play both of them or don't play it at all.

Saw Parobala played without Parabol at the St. Paul festival back in 2012. Really liked it without actually. Will most likely go pee if they play it in Chicago next week. (TMI?)
