We've got a while to figure that out, since they don't join the tour until Europe.

I tend to agree. I think we will likely get more shows with 7emptest. Seemed like they added that to the setlist late in the 2019/2020 tour. I saw them Oct of '19 and they had yet to play 7empest at that time.

Surefire songs are likely to remain; Jambi, Forty-Six & 2, Schism, Stinkfist AEnema
New FI songs are almost a guarantee; Fear Inoculum, Pneuma, CCTrip, Invincible
Other new FI songs that have been mixed in; Descending, 7empest
Throwback songs; Parabol/a, The Pot, Something from Opiate, Vicarious

I'm very excited about all of this! See you in Idaho early on Junior. Good luck with everything and I genuinely hope you guys kick arse! Yes, I am sucking up here but I don't really give a shit anymore after Covid disruptions for nearly 2 years.

Just highly anticipating that 'buzz' you get at a live show around about the 8:25pm, 8:30pm mark when you realise that cool moment where the house lights drop out is only like 20 minutes away etc. I'm excited just typing up these sentences...

Yes mate! Idaho, Sacramento, San Francisco and Phoenix. Added bonus: I've never been to any of these 4 venues before either. I've seen TOOL in San Fran before but always at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium (2010 & 2016). I'm excited to see this new Chase Center host the band. The same applies for the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. I'm an NBA fan too so I'm going to try to hit as many bball games as possible while I am over there. Cheers!

P.S. Descending & 7empest on alternate nights (easy) or they could do BOTH songs etc. I really want Lateralus back as a live song though! I love that stuff...

Yeah it's a massive long shot, just manifesting really. I had it slated as closer but i highly doubt they're going to get rid of their mobile ph compromise on last song. I'm guessing it probably helps with less phone usage overall and stinkfist seems well suited for it.

Pushit, Opiate and The MF Grudge! Huge set inclusions for this tour! Only wish they had of added Grudge for the AU tour back in 2020, yet see to it live and one of my Fav tracks.

Agree, I'd be ace if they brought Lateralus back into the mix too, should be a staple in their sets imo. Retire Stink or Schism.
