Tool toured last year and they have shows on March 11 and 12.

Those of you who purchased VIP PACKAGES will be RECEIVING an EMAIL informing you of the time and place (at the venue) to pick them up.

I bought my vip passes to the Portland show and now the money has been placed back into my bank account. Everything was fine at first, I received the receipt emails and everything was cool. But now the money has been returned, and I don't know what is going on. Has anybody else had any problems like this with the vip tickets?? I sent an email to merch at toolarmy but haven't heard back yet so I was if anybody else had this problem??

not sure on this specific account, but sometimes companies/banks take the money from available funds (as a spot check to hold your tix in this situation) and the money is then finally pulled once the transaction is complete. In this case, I suspect it has to do with whether or not those specific tickets could actually be purchased as opposed to getting put back in the onsale pool.

I'm obviously not 100% on this count, but I've seen it happen with previous ticket purchases.

For those who are waiting, they are sending out the VIP notification emails. No idea what they're physically sending yet. I assume it's at least some of the merch mentioned on the store listing as well as instructions.
