Alice In Chains were great when I saw them a few years ago. My only concern is that they will play too much shit of their last album.

I just saw them last night (along with the trainwreck that is Jane's Addiction) at Uproar Festival and they only played 1-2 off "The Devil..." Lots of old stuff. They still sound great.

Never really got into JA, what the hell happened with them?...

The band sounded good but Perry was a mess. I don't know if he was drunk or on drugs or just didn't give a fuck but he was awful. Off key and missing lyrics. He's really gone downhill since the NIN/JA tour 4 years ago. It's a shame because they've got some good tunes. Can't complain too much though, it was a free ticket so whatevs.

Yea i saw JA last summer at a fest and people were throwing glow sticks on the stage, he spend about 3 songs bitching about it and talking shit to who ever was doing it. Which just made it happen more, i think he ended up saying something like ill eff ur mother backstage. Meanwhile Navarro just put a few in his guitar strings and kept on playing.

a) mastodon minimize inclusion of the Hunter in the setlist ... pretty lackluster record

b) Baroness follows suit ... the Green Album is mostly boring

Also, being that I see a lot of venues getting eaten up pretty quickly, I hope to hell DEP don't end up at festival hall!
