 fair point. Parasite was released in Feb 2020. Having looked at other region release dates in went quite deep into 2019. I knew you would pick up on this Hellboy.

But if you rather see only 2020 production year movies I'll do that.
Yes, I would rather that. Have no interest in best of lists for old movies.

It was excellent. Rooting for another season, but it’s not that likely as the source material ended at the finale.

Season 3 of American Gods is excellent. I am kinda glad they didn't release the whole season at once, as I would likely be binging it non-stop.

Also, I am now jonesing for Season 3 of What We Do In The Shadows. So much fun.

I kinda liked Wanda. The sitcom episodes being the best. Plus Olson and Bettany acted quite satisfying.

My .000000000000000000000000002 Bitcoin:

WV was weird and often contrived, but quite enjoyable. I agree it was acted and cast well.

Both Legion (for sure) and Doom Patrol (which I finally finished this week - I hear S3 just started production) are better. Also dig American Gods much more.

I just started watching Killing Eve which has been on my list for too long. Quite disturbing so far. FWB… I’m a fan.

Any other recs?

Have you seen Fleabag?

It stars the creator of Killing Eve and is hilarious.

Whoops… just realized I said FWB instead of PWB. Duh. I was tired. Yes, huge fan of Phoebe and loved Fleabag. I get why she thought the story was told after 2 seasons (It’s quite common in UK series), but there were so many potentially great story lines to explore with those characters. And yet completely shitty shows stick around for a decade.

has anyone checked out ''Clarice"' and no, my pic isnt really cause of that show. Steve was obsessed with that movie for the last decade, ha it goes way back even before that really. maybe the new show motivated it a bit. it has its moments but its kinda not necessary either.

Zach Synder Justice League - 10/10 Like I said about Batman Vs Superman Directors Cut, these films seem more dense and cinematic than the marvel movies, like I'm watching something with actual substance, not Mighty Morphine Power Avengers.

Batman vs Superman was such rubbish, I really have no interest in the directors cut, and didn't know that such thing existed. I'll add it to my list to check out. Substance is not normally something I watch superhero movies for, but am not averse to it when it pops up. That the Marvel movies are as much style over substance is neither a revelation, not a big deal for me.

That said, I'm keen for the Justice League cut, as I've not seen the original yet.

Haha, yeah that didn't really come out right! I meant to say I'll watch one day on a rainy Saturday afternoon if it ever pops up on Netflix. I'm not disinterested in seeing it, but I'd probably watch it (mostly because you said it's alright)
