Saw Argo and The Hobbit over the weekend. Both were good. I think The Hobbit's second entry is probably going to suck, I enjoyed this one, but I don't know if they can stretch it out into two more movies. I imagine the second one is just going to be a lot of stalling for time. I hope I'm wrong about that.

The Walking Dead has been renewed for a fourth season, though showrunner Glenn Mazarra has parted ways with the show and will not return for the fourth season.  He will be leaving after work is completed on the next half season.  Mazzara has been showrunner since Frank Darabont left after the second season.

Go watch the fucking living shit out of "THE HOBBIT". Make sure you see it in 48fps 3D. It's not perfect, but it's still the fucking tits. I haven't felt this excited about seeing a movie in years. It was fucking awesome.

I just read that there's very little chance of seeing it in HFR 3D in America or Australia/New Zealand, but our British members might luck-out. (Do we even have those whiny fucking bastards here?)

That's pretty good. If you were dead-set on seeing it in HFR 3D, you could do it.

I'm looking forward to seeing this, once the holiday season winds down a bit.

I just started watching Walking Dead for the first time last night, and I'm already hooked.  Unintentionally watched the whole first season on netflix last night, and cant wait to watch the next.  Amazon also had the PC version of the game on sale today so i picked that up.  I dont know what to do, play the game or watch the show....

I'd stay away from the books if you've started with the series and game. They'll only detract from an excellent TV series.

It started to get really good around issue fifty or so, but after about twenty more issues, I can't ever see myself going back to them. They just really suck and are somehow incredibly confusing. The artwork sucks hard, and the dialogue is really, really mediocre.

I watched two episodes of Amish Mafia tonight, and holy fuck is that show ridiculous.  There's was literally a "Pimp Your Buggy" contest with buggies that had like flat screens and shit. The winner had a fucking motorized buggy.  These are fucking Amish people.  It would be a hell of a lot more enertaining if they just owned up to the bullshit instead of trying to pass it off as reality.

^ Hahaha.  I saw the "parts of this show may be reenacted" part of Amish Maffia and that's all I needed to know.

GF and I are, now, about 3/4 away through Season 2 of The Walking Dead.  You can bet that by Jan 2 or 3, we'll be fully caught up and then we'll know not what to do with ourselves.

Thankfully, Workaholics starts in mid-January.

"CALIFORNICATION", about to start Season Five right now.

I love watching a decrepit fuck with a good heart drink himself stupid while failing to write. Reminds me of someone I know.

The worst thing about the show is that it would actually be pretty interesting as a straight up drama, but playing it as a fucking reality show is just ridiculous.

That's odd, someone was streaming this last night (for me) in 4chan. Was it you?

Finally caught up on The Walking Dead.  Jesus Fucking Christ, talk about one bad ass show.  Carl has become a straight up gangster.

One of the best shows on television.

Having to wait only 2 weeks for a new episode is fucking terrible, can't fathom how hard it is to wait for new episodes for those who have been following from the beginning, when they take like a year or even a few months off.

Watched the last two "ONCE UPON A TIME" episodes that have aired after the Xmas break. Good shit. Just waiting now for Rumple to lose his shit, and Regina to become an unnervingly evil bitch again.

Archer started up again the other day.  It made me realize how much I actually missed watching it.  Great fucking show.

It was definitely interesting. A clever take on the horror movie format.

I forgot to mention that I saw "LES MISERABLES" a couple of weeks ago. 172 minutes, and not once did Wolverine bust out his claws. Nor did Catwoman try to fuck Gladiator. Epic disappointment.

In all seriousness, there should've been more singing. There were a solid eight lines of dialogue that were simply spoken instead of sung.

Holy shit did I hate my girlfriend for a while after that. I'm glad she hated it too.
