Wish I was going to San Diego tomorrow night, then
► Show Spoiler
would be guranteed.

It's cool though, I'm glad my friend will be seeing

as he's never seen it before.

I can almost assure after intermission it will be

edit:
Just got off the phone with my friend. It's intermission time. My friend says that MJK sounds the best he has in years, and better than the 4x he saw them back in 2012. They teased

by opening with the

He says that the mix is really well tonight, and if anyone is recording it should come out clear. Also says that many people are sitting down and not getting into the show.

by '][' [[]] [[]] ][,
The show was sick. It was awesome to see them fuck up during Opiate. Lots of new album previews scattered throughout the set. I don't know it was just a little improve they threw in but Adam played a bitchen riff for a measure during Stinkfist that was off the chain. We had awesome seats and the lazy fucks in front off us sat the whole time giving us an uninstructed view. I was rolling when they showered the VIP section with gold confetti as if to say thanks for the money, suckers. I dunno if I'm supposed to use spoiler tags in this thread but why would you be here reading shit in the first place if you didn't want spoilers.

Maynard forgot the lyrics at the start of the song. I think I remember Adam fudging up at least one part as well. I was up all night after so my memory is a little hazy. After the song Maynard said something like "pretty embarrassing forgetting the lyrics to your own song... fuck you, I'm 50 years old..."

Was a nice treat to hear the song. I've heard it once at my first or second show in 01/02.

I did the VIP thing and loved it. Didn't feel like a "sucker" at all. Adam spent over 2 hours hanging with us and it couldn't have been cooler. Telling us about how they work/develop songs, teaching us some guitar techniques, sharing stories about himself, answering questions. Lot's of great, memorable moments. Got a picture with him. Got a signed poster, shirt, hat, keychain, lanyard, sticker. Stuff that, when you add it up (especially the signed poster) would've cost quite a bit. Got to see some soundcheck then enjoy the show from one of the first few rows in the venue. For the seats and the swag it would've cost a few hundred. For a a couple hundred more, I got a great experience that lasted hours before the show and a memory that'll last me a lifetime. The VIP experience was absolutely worth it for me. Now I'm enjoying the perfect weather in Vegas since I made a mini-vacation out of it. Would do this again in a heartbeat. #hatersgonnahate

I as well did the vip thing... absolutely worth it, I think it even made the show better. they added jams to all but like 2 or 3 songs. all of them were into it having a good time and it was awesome to see the way adam justin and danny communicate when theyre just jamming some shit out.

Thanks for the clip. A bit distorted but you can def hear him after the song.

Haven't had the chance to review the show but thought I'd share my concert experience. Which was the first time I've ever gone to a show alone... Anyway, I booked a trip to Vegas to for a bachelor party. We were staying at the hard rock so I figured if I was there I should go. The wife though felt that spending the cash for another show (bought tickets to Austin/Houston) was a bit much was not on board. She also thought it would be rude for me to step away from the group to go to the concert. So I went not intending to go at all. The day of the show we got back to our room after being out all day and everyone wanted to wash up and rest a bit before another night out. It was about 8:20 so I figured I would try to catch part of the show. I walked up to the first group of guys just standing around and ask if they were selling.

Guy 1 "Yes. $80?"
Me "Ok"
Guy 2 "$70"
Me "Even better"
Guy 1 "60"
Guy 2 "50"
Guy 1 "40... Actually, just buy me and buddy a beer and it's yours."

We walked to the bar right next to us, bought the guys a round a drinks, and I was in the show... Bought a tshirt a couple of posters for myself/trade and headed to my seat with the biggest smile on my face... When I got to my seat I noticed the guy next to me was alone as well. I started chatting with the guy and told him how I scored the ticket just minutes before for a round a drinks. He then tells me the ticket was actually his but his date stood him up the day of... He sold the ticket to Guy 1 earlier that day but then found Golden Seats/Section tickets on StubHub for ~$30. He told me he had been a fan for 10-13 years but this was his first show. This was my 19th or 21st, not real sure at this point, but I couldn't help but to give the guy the spare poster I picked up for trade. Hopefully the kid enjoyed the show that much more. I know I plenty enjoyed it.

Shout out to Junior. Thanks for the setlist guy. The visuals were superb as always.

I love Jr! He is kickass to the fans he know from TA or 4theye. Good on you for giving your trade poster to the guy. The karma will come back to you.

And I 3rd the shout out to Jr. Just found a stack of Tool set lists he's handed me over the years. He's a very quiet guy, but he does an amazing job and has always been very cool to me at shows when he has one available.

I feel a little bad approaching him. I'm nice about it and make sure to only ask when he's not in the middle of something but I bet he gets asked all night. Even so, he's still nice about it and it's much appreciated.

If anyone has an extra men's large t shirt please let me know. I'll gladly buy it.
