The beats were interesting, but I didn't find them overly compelling. His voice I don't mind actually - but I just don't feel like his voice and the beat meshed well enough on this album. I'm embracing the strange this time though. You have to respect how he's able to go over the top of those beats. I'm glad he's on Warp Records now so he can keep pushing the genre into new territory.
