2019 Fall Tour Posters
I figured this was important enough for it's own post. If you disagree feel free to delete. Looks like we will be getting unique posters this tour and this will be a good place to discuss them and hopefully help each other get some. I think the aftershock one is limited to 350.

TOOL TOUR PRINTS
Artwork being an integral component of the Tool experience, for the 2019 Fall tour each event print will be unique. Following the band’s sonic, lyrical, and visual output, intersecting themes from the pneuma of the individual artists coalesque into a transmundane unity. Phantasmal hierophants, nightside archetypes, alien taxonomy and morphological constructs are featured, along with sacred geometry, hidden allegories of spiritual energies, subtle anatomy of occult hyperchemistry and magical radiances of ascending intelligences. Whether you’re a collector pursuing the gamut, or Tool enthusiast wanting a souvenir from the show, inspired works from the impressive list of artistic contributors are sure to enhance your surroundings.

As a collector I'm excited. Although I'm not too excited about paying a shit ton to get a poster from these shows. If any of you are going to any of the shows please pic me up one or two. I'm willing to trade or pay cash but like to trade more. Contact me.
Thanks.

Found these on Reddit. Hope this thread comes to life so I can check out the posters here instead of hunting them all down. I'll be at the San Antonio show.

Cool posters so far, though I gotta say I'm not in love with the typography

Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
I wasn't in love with either of the Denver posters enough to get in line an hour before doors. They were gone so quick, and when i did show up half way through the opener both nights, merch line was at least an hour wait it looked like. Get there early if you want one.

It’s so freeing to not give a flying fuck about collecting shit anymore.

That is so true. After a while too many possessions start to become burdensome. A little less clutter gives us more room to consider new ideas somehow.

Also less stuff to get rid off when taken to the retirement community.

Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
These posters are amazing! When I saw them in 2014 I bought a poster with the skulls but sold it because it was too bad (I don't think I've ever sold another poster I have purchased at a show). Glad they got rid of the bugs, skulls and fish, now these are posters I can get behind! They only need to get rid of the generic font and we'd have perfect posters.

- You like noisy music?
- Yes. The louder the better. Stops me from thinking.
- You don't like to think? What do you like?
- Never thought about it.

Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
1 poster for two separate venues/dates? I have a feeling that won't be the poster.
Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
I tweaked the poster from night 2 in LA to bring out some details. Great looking poster from Chet, with some Alex/Adam elements. Really wish they used the FI logo on these.

Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
Just curious if anyone who attended either nights in LA have gone to the previous few shows and dealt with the poster situation? LA was the most difficult I've ever seen to secure the signed posters (Without VIP). Unsigned too even. I'm headed to Texas and curious if this new 2019 round is just nutty popular now or there was just some added mayhem with it being LA. What do you guys think?
Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
Most of the bigger shows certainly sound like a bit of a clusterfuck when it comes to posters. That not even VIPs get first dibs at signed posters is a bit of a downer I reckon actually.
I suspect in the smaller towns pressure on poster sales will be a little lower, but if I were keen on one, I'd be there as doors open and straight to the merch desk.

Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
i think he meant if you had VIP you were ok to get the signed poster. This is crap though, im glad i got one in 2012 cause i wouldnt bother wasting time and paying what they charge now anyway. luckily i dont like most the posters but that first LA one was pretty cool!

Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
It's hard to believe i was able to get a Lollapalooza 2009 signed poster for only $125 pretty easily. They were not available until after the show, so i just quickly walked there even after they had walked off stage and got one.
Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
In 07’ I was able to grab a signed poster in NH pretty easily but it was $200 even then and $45 for unsigned so I would say no real price increase. Just easier to obtain. Like for a few years collectibles seemed to be losing value or desire and recently such things have really taken off.
All well Whatever, Nevermind
Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
Tonight's Arizona poster is definitely interesting.

Re: 2019 Fall Tour Posters
That best not be the actual poster for the Houston show. I understand art is subjective, but that is subjectively horrendous.
