10,000 days isn't close to being as good as Lateralus
See how this works?
LOL x 1,000
Every time I listen to even half-decent hip hop or rap (which is rarely, because I'm white, and I don't pretend to be black or urban), I get so amped that I want to join a gang and fucking shoot people.

Isis - 20 Minutes / 40 Years (acoustic version)
this is great.
Fuck yeah brother. Isis is one of my favorite bands. When they decided to call it quits I was fucking bummed but Aaron has been cool as hell keeping Isis alive with all the live album releases and with the recent Temporal release.

bloodnstuff.
Opening band for Fu Manchu when they played a few weeks ago here in Denver and I was ready to blow them off because of the goofy name, however...
Holy shit fuck god christ in heaven these guys rock. 2 guys from Minneapolis, without trying to pigeonhole too much they're like early Black Keys mixed with Melvins and some Mastodon. And they crushed it live.
You can find a video for Oh You Petty Failures on youtube, and I guess Alice In Chains tapped them for a slot in some all-day gig-type-thing called Pointfest in St. Louis in a few weeks. Some of the better tracks are Give Me A Call and One Day Roses.
Someone please check out the Failures video at least and let me know what you think or if I was brainwashed somehow during that show.
