World War Z

Yawn. Paint by the numbers zombie movie. Why did I even watch it? Dumb genre, and this is coming from someone who is very easily entertained by movies.

Yeah World War Z sucked. My favorite part was when that girl got her hand cut off and there was no blood whatsoever. They showed the bandage later on and it looked like someone used it on a somewhat nasty cut 6 months ago.

I liked "WORLD WAR Z". It was fun.

Oh man, I'm starting to lose my cynical edge when it comes to movies.
O love will you read the letters I will send to you.

World War Z was neither terrible nor amazing.

I enjoyed the book though.

the airplane scene is actually worth the PG13 zombie movie fail.

@ CHYN - That doco looks good. He is amazing for 85. What a mind.
The Truman Show was way ahead of it's time. I loved Eternal Sunshine, fell in love with Kate Winslet after that movie. she's an excellent actress. side note: I've fallen asleep on that rail line and woken up in Montauk before lol. not in the winter though.

P.S. - I like what you did with my name

Hot chicks are rarely a good reason to watch a show. It's not like there is any shortage of them on the internet.

it's rarely a good reason but it is the number 1 reason why both males and females watch that particular show.

What are you watching? Film/TV

Last episode of Californication is on tonight. So long Hank Moody, it better not be some corny ending. This series had its funny moments, but has lost some steam last couple of years. It's a ridiculous show, but for some reason I've continued to watch.

It is. Full stop. Fucking mainstream crap that tries ever so hard to be quirky and offbeat. Desperately "arthouse" with no clue as to what constitutes "arthouse" cinema.

Sappy, sentimental rubbish.

Same.

Why would you be embarrassed to see a film by yourself???

I drink coffee, put my feet up on the seat in front of me and wear my Burzum shirt and leather jacket.

And nobody comes ANYWHERE near me or looks at me sideways.....

I have to watch the movie again, but I remember being pretty underwhelmed when I watched The Thin Red Line.
