Just watched The Babadook. It's one of the best horror movies I've seen in a long time if not one of the best horror movies I've seen. Highly reccomend it if you're looking for a good scary movie.

had to watch my girl Noomi tonight, I love this movie. it does get a lot of hate but you can't argue it being a visual masterpiece at the least. Ridley Scott is still a bad motherfucker.

My favorite episodes are Molly Madness and this clip from PCP in D.C.

Great show!
ever try and turn around on PCP? it takes seconds...
lol minutes. I have many strange stories from the days of when I experimented with PCP. Whacked out tales of the living dead. Never again.

binge watched this new animated series. it started off kinda blah but picked up towards the end. I like the now defunct (thanks Disney) Clone Wars' animation a lot more but this show has it's cool points. if you're a Star Wars doofus like me, you'd really enjoy it.

Black Mirror is fucking amazing, I haven't watched something so cynical and hilarious in ages.

Highly recommended, especially the Christmas special that was just aired.

I watched this Star Wars prequel fan-cut last night, what an awesome job lol. he takes Topher Grace's version and flips it even better. 7+ hours of fluff into an excellent 2 hour movie. great work, you can catch it on the torrentz.

Star Wars - A Last Hope

Image

"A 2-hour re-edit (by Jared Kaplan) of Star Wars episodes 1-3. Watch this and the other version, "Turn to the Dark Side", and let us know which is better.

In 2012, actor Topher Grace showed an edit he'd done of episodes I-III of Star Wars to a bunch of friends, trimming the 7 hours of prequels down into 85 action-packed minutes of pure story. This edit is longer (2:47) and is "based on the structure conceived by actor Topher Grace", which you can read about here.

Grace's version of the film(s) centers on Anakin's training and friendship with Obi-Wan, and his relationship with Queen Amidala (Natalie Portman). Gone are Trade Federation blockades, the Gungan city, the whole Padmé handmaiden storyline, the explanation of midichlorians, the galactic senate and the boring politics, Anakin's origins (a backstory which never really needed to be seen in the first place), the droid army's attack on Naboo, and Jar Jar Binks (Ahmed Best) appears only briefly for only one line of dialogue, used as a set-up to introduce us to the Queen.

Enjoy.

Watched Zodiac. Now I'm in the mood for more serial killers. Going to watch Gacy first, then Dahmer.

Hobbit was great. My local theater have recently introduced a new format, HFR (High frame rate) which looks sooooo good. Maybe a bit too good, it's like it's faster than it should, but it isn't. 48fps!

Just saw the first season of Twin Peaks on netflix... The end of the 3rd episode was weird, to say the least. I'm gonna start season 2 tonight.
