So can't wait for when it's out on DVD and I can just watch it whenever I please.

As far as Star Wars go, am I the only person that doesn't like any of those movies?

I would honestly rather watch Son-In-Law or Blank Check over any of the Star Wars movies.

Nah, I know plenty of people that don't like them. I have little time for those people.

just not for everyone, for sure. some people that don't dig on sci-fi, not to be sexist, but a lot of women don't love sci-fi and still like Empire. just as a movie fan, Empire usually get's the most positive reviews. did you not feel that one either? Son-in-Law is epic btw lol. you're going to get some very good acting in the new one when it comes out, there's a lot of recognized talent in the cast. give it a whirl

directed by the master Sam Mendes, the man behind "Skyfall" plus the critically acclaimed "Road To Perdition" and "American Beauty".

plus the Bond villain will be the none other than "The Jew Hunter" himself, Christoph Waltz.

Excellent X-Files news:
Fox Television Group officials ended months of speculation about the show’s return on Tuesday when announced the order of six episodes of the iconic sci-fi series. Production of the new series will begin in summer 2015.

David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson will reprise their roles as Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, the FBI special agents seeking to explain the unexplained.

This marks the momentous return of the Emmy- and Golden Globe award-winning pop culture phenomenon, which remains one of the longest-running sci-fi series in network television history. The X-Files aired in nine seasons from 1993-2002.

“I think of it as a 13-year commercial break,” says creator and executive producer Chris Carter, who also rejoins the original cast. “The good news is the world has only gotten that much stranger, a perfect time to tell these six stories.”

Additional details, including the airdate will be announced later.

I'm not in it per se, since it's mainly a historical documentary, but I helped bring it to fruition. 8-)

If you saw Man on Wire you will probably like this film. It's not just about jumping or the beginnings of a sport, it has many facets that show what is achievable as a human and how a small idea can grow into something amazing. It's a love story with triumph, tragedy and inspiration. Plus it offers spectacular visuals from early BASE jumps that need to be seen on the big screen! Great El Cap jumps from the late 70's, early 80's.

New Star Wars trailer:

Gotta say I'm not especially blown away by this - some if it looks good, some of it a little tacky. I guess that's nothing new for the series I suppose. We'll see in December...
