i also am debating on whether or not to go to their show in denver. Its only a few hours away for me. And tickets seem reasonable. Im starting to think i shouldnt pass up this opportunity

Can't wait for this album to drop! The Arsonist and The Remedy sounds best from the samples imo.

just bought my wife and i tickets to the show in denver! tickets were only $29 plus the taxes and fees... ended up getting both tickets for $81 total. not too bad. a lot cheaper than Tool was

I'm very jealous. Wish Puscifer would attract more people in Europe so they could tour here, but honestly I can't see it happen.

Which is odd really. .. I'd think maynard would love touring there just for the wine country

A tour is a lot of risk just for some wine. It would be cheaper for him to just vacation there.

Man that's nice. I'm debating going to the Riviera in Chicago, but it's all GA and they are $50/ea. $130 for 2 tix + hotel for a night... After spending way to much to go to Monster Mash, idk if I can justify it lol.

So the iTunes version of the album has an extra track. I can't find any information on it anywhere, though.

I find it ironic that the vinyl version which won't be released simultaneously with the CD and digital versions is the one that has the different version of "Simultaneous"

Cool video, but man does he hate Tool fans. Not like I am breaking any news here but was that a dig at Tools fans coming to his winery at the end? Who the fuck buys his wine? Tool fans. "You will forget that music made in the mid 90's." Does he mean Tool music or just pop music from the 90's? Well honestly I really like the video and really enjoy Puscifer. Just wish he didn't talk so much shit on Tool fans, even though we all know the average Tool fan does deserve it. It makes me feel weird supporting his wine and live Puscifer shows when he shits on the project that I like most, Tool............ And we all know that's my problem and not his. Damnit

That "mid 90s" comment wasn't a dig at Tool fans, come on. That's a pretty big reach.

Rock overall started getting pretty shitty in the mid 90s when bands like Creed and Limp Bizkit took over the main event slots.

That's the only time Tool is close to being mentioned and its a positive note. The clip is pretty entertaining overall, I'm looking forward to their new album.

Cool, I agree with both hellboy and you. Like I stated at the end,"it's my problem, not his.". I guess I was being a butt hurt Tool fan. I really liked the video stated in my post as well. Stoked for the live Puscifer show and good to here Matt Mitchell speak a little. Since most of the music comes from his brain. Hopefully the people going to the monster mash Puscifer show will have Tim Alexander come out for a song or two.

i watched the video.. i dont think the last thing maynard says is directed at Tool fans, I think its directed at the filmmalkers, media etc.

the 90s music comment i do think was referring to Tool. It doesnt take a genius to realize he was famous in the 90s for music. But i dont think it was directed at Tool fans in particular, i think he was just making a statement in general. Something like this, "I still make music, i am still creating things, stop living in the 90s and telling me to perform Eulogy."

Wasn't Aenima released in '96? That was the peak of their cultural relevance imo, at least here in Australia.

A band shouldn't have to explain that they aren't a joke or a sideproject. Feel kinda bad for them, but I can't deny it though I do see them as a sideproject and probably always will.

I don't think they should be getting all bent out of shape over being called a side project anyway, it's normally only used as a point of reference because Maynard is much better known for other things.

I thought that was pretty cool. I actually really enjoy Puscifer, and when I saw them in Brisbane a few years ago they were great. I thought the line from MJK about '"this works with all of the other projects, because we are all adults" (or something to that effect) was really interesting...
