@ Gamebounty - "This song is beyond dope, especially the break down. Give it a chance if you haven't heard it before."
Well.... I listened/watched all the way through, painful as it was... and the impression I'm left with is: Emo-Punk. Â Sorry.
@ Crow - have you checked out the Rage box set?
Bad Arse. Â My balls are HUGE now.
Also @ Crow - I am a massive Jeff Buckley fan (thanks to Bobage for turning me on years ago) I want a prize too.
And if you haven't experienced this, also definitely worth seeking out:

I'm having no luck finding it.
Â
EDIT: Nevermind, found it. It downloaded in about 25 seconds. There must be over ten thousand seeders out there.

Yeah I'm not big on emo. Used to hate it, then I got into BMTH, now I've gotten into a few others. This stuff is really good though. Love the riffage.

My Bloody Valentine - MBV
Not really doing anything special for me as of yet. Like a rehash of Loveless minus the charm.

I don't care what anyone says about U2 or this album, but I personally think it's some of their best work.

russian circles
Was listening to Russian Circles a few weeks ago... killer stuff!
This was the first tune I heard from them. The local college radio station played it one night and I was really diggin' it!' Listened to a bunch more of their stuff that week.
I've never really "gotten" Slayer. Just not my thing, I guess. It took me a few tracks to get into this slbum but I liked it overall.
But not enough to "get" why its considered an all time classic. Again though, good album.

Right on dude. Â Russian Circles is one of those bands that I knew were good, but for one reason or another, had never really checked out their body of work. Â They have quickly become one of my favorite bands. Â Post-rock is such a hit or miss genre. Russian Circles, to me at least, represents the very best the genre has to offer. Â Incredibly talented band. Â I would list Pelican, Red Sparowes, and Russian Circles as my favorite Post-Rock bands. Â Some people list Isis and Neurosis as Post-Rock but I don't think that is accurate. Â Prog-Metal or Post-Metal is more accurate I think when talking about those two particular bands.
