Eh. I'll admit that it's my favorite of their albums but it still only gets a 6/10 from me. They just aren't my thing. Just my two cents.
this is awesome. gotta see these dudes live some day.ziggy23 wrote:http://video.pbs.org/video/2365143005/

between both them and NIN, they've done a really good job of mixing up the setlists in OZ so far ... tossing in a really nice selection of their classic tunes ... nothing yet I haven't heard before (save foriloveposters wrote:Currently on tour with NIN
Setlist from Syndey 3/8/2014
Seems like a very good setlist. I have seen them 4x and they never dissapointed.► Show Spoiler
it just happened on this tour a few gigs ago ... It's the only thing so far confirmed in the sets I've not witnessed before and quite honestly, I hope it doesn't happen at Friday's gig eitheriloveposters wrote:Where has that happened before????
shut up ... HM blows ... underwhelming does not begin to describe this record ... at least when he realised the slip was subpar, he gave that away for freeliz wrote:I'm off to see them in a couple of days time. Yet it appears from reading above that you are actually going to see this one. Good I look forward to your review. I have no doubt all tracks performed live will be given a lift. I first listened to this album in a car full of people who had no appreciation for it whatsoever and just the mere fact that I had put it on filled them with trepidation. I sat there thinking this is really quite gentle they should get into it, but no, they all found it too hard and alternative. I do really love it. I play QOTSA at home more than just about anything else at times and this album has become a favourite.petemasterpete wrote:shut up ... anticipating that the live performances might actually give some of this bland collection of tracks some life
I'm talking about Like Clockwork and yes Hesitation Marks does suck I hope NIN play none of it.Not Tyson wrote:Which album are you two idiots talking about, Hesitation Marks or Like Clockwork?
CRAP ... THINK I MIXED UP THE QUEENS AND NIN THREADS CONSIDERING THEY'RE BOTH COVERING THE SAME TOPIC AT THE MOMENT ... NEW QUEENS IS ALRIGHT ... NEW NIN IS THE PITS ... SHOULD BE A GOOD SHOW REGARDLESS ... THEY ARE HIGH QUALITY LIVE ACTS WITH DEEP CATALOGSliz wrote:Yet it appears from reading above that you are actually going to see this one. Wow.
Convincing argument.
You should write for Vanity Fair. Or Good Housekeeping.
