This is actually a good marketing / business strategy by TOOL: it's only a WEEK before Christmas, Danny Carey just got arrested, and I'm thinking "Hmm, yeah... I really wanna see these guys again! I'm gonna pay big money for a show in January / February etc. even if I have to travel a bit to get there!"


Out comes your credit card and several hundred dollars later you get that 'buzz' knowing you're about a month or so away from going to see TOOL live in concert... and it's Xmas next weekend!

the accusations might be true, I've come to a positive conclusion:

Using bad words, physical violence, being drunk in public...
