What an idiotic statement: "Too long; Didn't read."

It sounds like a fucking illiterate person making up excuses for why they didn't read something.

Na gonna go with the actual description at the top. Clearly states progressive metal band. Plus when Tosin did his clinic for Sweetwater he introduced AAL as Progressive Metal. Djent is for bitches. At this point they are a jazz/fusion/avant-garde/Prog metal hybrid. Djent is beneath them. Djent is worse than Grindcore.

Hmm. Mog you may wish to peruse the wiki link for djent which claims Meshuggah as the originators of the djent technique.

I contend that neither band would suffer by comparison.

It's much harder to argue that Meshuggah aren't djent, but as they are one of M0G's favorite bands I look forward to him attempting to...
