Are these random or gained in a sequential manner?

I can't see any reason for it. Must just be a glitch, but the rank you have now is the correct one for your post count.

One small layout design change would be nice.

Move the total posts and page numbers that are at the bottom of the page under the quick reply box to a spot above it and just below the last post on that page. Would make it easier to see if there is an additional page to view instead of having to scroll past the quick reply box to find it.

I've attempted to play with time settings, but it never seemed to work right. At the end of the day it made very little difference to me, so I gave up.

for the states (Arizona time of course) it seems 14hrs and 16min ahead, but I also never payed any attention to it till now
