I feel like this thread is derailing. Is anyone doing any yard work this week? I like to talk about things that have relate to the earth and the sun.

Strangely enough, and I swear this is true, my friends are talking about moving to a new house because their current one needs too much lawn maintenance.

That's probably a move hellboy should consider.

It's worth considering, but then what would I have to complain about?

There's always something to complain about.

I hear the new Tool album has taken a long time to be completed... Does anyone here know that?

One of my "sources" confirmed today that the album is taking a long time to finish, and that the band will strive to give us other things to complain about should they actually ever finish it.

In the grand scheme of things 10 years isn't that long anyway.

Sometimes I just wish this would all just disappear.

Like a frog in winter.

Like a Turk in Stockholm.

So what are the odds that come Friday we'll get little to no "information" regarding the new album other than..

"...yeah, we're working on it and y'know, just jamming and throwin' ideas around and y'know, havin' a lot of fun with it and...yeah it's really exciting and we can't wait for you guys to hear it and y'know, we've got four or five templates that we're havin' a lot of fun with at the moment and y'know it's comin' along great and we're just y'know takin' our time, throwin' around riffs and.....hopefully it'll be out later this year."

Sometimes this band makes me want to just give up on everything in life.

If someone has realistic expectations of more, then they obviously haven't been a Tool fan for long.

We all realise how much Tool mean to you brah, but please, don't off yourself just yet. Please at least stick around and post a review of the album if/when it comes out before departing this cruel and unforgiving world!

No official word, but if I remember correctly reading about one of the VIP sessions Adam was asked about it and suggested it would be saved for the new album.
