What are we hoping for? NIN to open or close? I guess we'll get the same as Friday. I've seen QOTSA a couple of times so would be happy with them opening.
much like boy of hell, I'm not fussed at this point, but my preference would be for NIN to close just based on the energy levels of their gigs; a real build up/tear down and do it over again experience with them ... I've seen both numerous times and a few shows they toured together with NIN as the headline act in 06/07 or thereabouts ... both are very solid live acts

btw, not likely saturday will be the same as friday

Full review in the morning. tl;dr Both acts were great though not amazing. QOTSA marginally better. Both about an 8/10.

I could totally see QOTSA being a little more entertaining live if you're stripping it down to just lights and less production. Really want to see them live.

Stoked that NIN is coming around for another leg through the USA, but completely bummed that it will mainly be amphitheaters around my area which are all at least a minimum of 3 hours away.

A bit harsh Moggie - did somebody piss in your cornflakes again?

"This is a song I made about the songwriting process of one of my musical heroes Trent Reznor."

There was a similar, but nowhere near as well executed parody of Tool/Maynard. I would like to see someone make another attempt with these production values.

Yeah I read that. Whatever the intention it was a fail. Fuck that motherfucker.

Agreed on the Maynard parody though. Maynard is a no talent washed up old narcissistic cunt. That motherfucker deserves to be made fun of at any and every opportunity. Reznor > Nardo

Fuck off Mog he is a very pretty mutherfucker and as Kittaan says the production values of that piece were impressive. From now on when I giggle you will attempt a smile also.

@Liz...Sorry luv....just didn't think it was funny. I will, however, endeavor to smile as often as possible when you post though. Nice having you back around. :D

@Pete - Fuck off. Hesitation Marks is excellent. How to Destroy Angels is excellent. The only thing he put out over the last couple of years that I didn't care for is The Slip.

At least he doesn't treat his fans like idiots.

Oh....and he releases stuff too.

And he will probably have a new album out before you know who.
