A man of fine tastes.
I know the pieces fit, I studied the numbers in Southern France.

WHy don't they ever play H live, what the FUCK, it's one of their best songs and would fit easily into any set and it's not that hard to sing, fuck you guys FUCK

They did play H live back in 2002. I also saw the last performance and only time they played 4 degrees doing the fall 2002 tour. Why dont they play OTHER songs that they never play. M's fault!

H is one song that I consider "CHASING THE DRAGON" I would never touch heroin, but saying (for me) relates. I have seen them so many times, but have never been lucky enough to see H live. Maybe someday. Such an amazing fucking song!
Re: The Grudge (WARNING: 26 years to #6?)
Truth. Fucking love H. I did get a chance to see it in 02’ and I still remember Maynard throwing the crowd off with a few extra “I don’t mind” chants! Should be a set regular for sure.
All well Whatever, Nevermind
Re: The Grudge (WARNING: 26 years to #6?)
That was the time he still (seemed to have) had fun playing with Tool, right?
Re: The Grudge (WARNING: 26 years to #6?)
kinda, the last real Maynard i recall was the Toronto show in 2006 at the Molson Amphitheatre. He was belting it out pretty good. I know its a voice thing too, so maybe thats not entirely fair to say but its hard not to think energetically it hasnt changed cause it has. you know what you see. They even turned the volume up during 10,000 days which was noticeable and cool and all that. Pretty awesome crowd that night too.Spoonman wrote: ↑Sun May 30, 2021 11:55 amThat was the time he still (seemed to have) had fun playing with Tool, right?
Re: The Grudge (WARNING: 26 years to #6?)
Maynard seemed pretty into all the shows I've seen in the last 10 years. If he's not having fun, he sure not acting like it.
Re: The Grudge (WARNING: 26 years to #6?)
Yeah, agreeing with Hb.
Re: The Grudge (WARNING: 26 years to #6?)
My new grudge has to do with Rogs not sharing with the rest of the class (or just me) a full pic of his new avatar.

Re: The Grudge (WARNING: 26 years to #6?)
whats the rogs thing all about ? its more like R2-D2 to me sometimes. Other then my negativity or whatever, i took those matches out of my dads old tool chest thing in the shed. HB needs to see them! Princess Di and Charles from the mid to late 80s, close to that time for sure. the matches dont work but the picture looks great! ha

Re: The Grudge (WARNING: 26 years to #6?)
aah ok! i remember that site in the real early days. didnt really do forums back then. Once Toolarmy opened i was there all the time, and the tool chat thing on the toolband a bit before TA opened, if anyone remembers that. i met someone from that chat thing too but my cousin had to come and ruin it to tell me our one relative died. wtf was the point of that ? i would of found out afterwards and it would of been the same anyway. i wasnt overly close to him or anything. fn' people! ha.
Re: The Grudge (WARNING: 26 years to #6?)
I remember opening the chat randomly for the first time and Maynard was there.
It was his birthday and he wrote he's with Danny (hangover) somewhere in Michigan and then more and more people got in the chat
and started to write nonsense shit. Thats when he left.
That was some months before 10000 Days came out.
