Lucky enough to see the Zorn@60 show here in Adelaide a few years back. Was definitely one of the best shows I've ever seen.

I don't believe he has ever toured Melbourne.

I think the three Zorn related shows at the Adelaide Festival a few years back are the only Oz shows he's done. Sadly I could only get to one of the three nights, but the one I did choose (which was Zorn@60) was great.

I'm going to have to get out to see John Zorn one of these days. I just finished reading Improvisation: It's Nature and Practice In Music by Derek Bailey and it has a brief interview with John Zorn where he discusses some of his approaches to structured group improvisation and it was pretty interesting.
