Locrian have released a 30 minute track on Bandcamp called Greyfield Shrines.

Can't get into Locrian (although it is one of my favorite modes). It's too unfocused and "wheedly" for me. I either want some composition/changes, or you better be doing something unique enough to keep my interest. This has nothing to recommend listening to it for more than 1-2 minutes. Certainly not 30 min tracks.

I haven't listened to these tracks yet, but Locrian is all about mood and atmosphere and if you can't jive with it, then you can't jive with it.

I liked the bass outro, but yeah I thought that song sucked for the most part.

New release from We Lost the Sea. Amazing band from Australia. Birds Robe is one heck of a label. A number of bands with them worth checking out.

Certainly a lot of great music coming out of Oz at the moment. Birds Robe have a great collection of bands.
