There seem to be a number of people reporting that orders from the ToolArmy ticket pre-sale are being cancelled, specifically the "exclusive packages."

Yea.....my first and only gold package just got cancelled due to 'not enough stock to fulfill your order'. They refunded me. I dont want a fucking refund. I want the fucking VIP package that I paid for. Sent multiple emails to TA support. No answer yet. VERY angry.

Uhhhhh, there are some shows now showing to be cancelled. Looking to go to Minneapolis. Check the AXS app.
EDIT: I think it’s an app glitch possibly.

Yeah, I still see the show listed through the AXS website with tickets on sale tomorrow.
Give it a day though, it can all change.

In an eCommerce sense - it is, especially when you don't have the right tools for the job, which I suspect they don't.
VIP tickets were sold via the Toolband store right?

Same bullshit here! After finally getting to the page around 10:04 after about 30 attempts all the Gold packages were sold out so I quickly scooped up and Silver and Bronze with no issues, yet 24 hours later its all gone. Cancelled. WTF

Yes, I did indeed pay money to be a member. It was MANY years ago, but it IS a paid membership to have access to these VIP packages that got cancelled, and now we are left to deal with scalpers.

Sorry Greasy, that is just so wrong. I have a buddy who just got his shitty news email yesterday. I don’t understand why they (so far) don’t attempt to make it right, as you did nothing wrong and were willing to throw big money at them.

Multiple emails to TA support, tweets, emails to orders@toolband.......no response. A refund is not the solution for a gold VIP package. I want to go to the fucking show. I don't want my fucking money back, as I was willing to spend that much to begin with.

HA....that was a LONG time ago.
FYI, still no response from my tweets and emails. The only reply I got was from onelivemedia, stating that they dont handle TA anymore.
They really need to do right by us. They royally screwed the pooch with this VIP sale.
