Just a quick reminder that the Best Albums of 2012 poll will be closing tonight, so make sure you get your votes in! I'll be publishing the results, as well as my best albums of the year sometime in the next couple of days.

I'm curious if you've a way to compile the polling statistics, more specifically to perhaps ascertain who voted and how many times. Â Of course, I would never sanction revealing individuals; rather I'm curious to see who 'cheated' aside of course from everyone else.

I can see the IP address of those who voted, and nothing else. Â If I see a list that seems a little short, or a lot like a prior one, I'll check the IP address, but that's the extent of my examinations into "cheating".
