Poll: Who would you like to see guesting with Tool?

Since Serj from System of a Down guested with Tool last night, and considering I get the impression many of you don’t think too highly of this, the poll for this week will ask Who would you like to see guesting with Tool? I’ve added a list of people who have performed with them in the past, but I’ve also turned on the option for you buys to add your… Read More »Poll: Who would you like to see guesting with Tool?

Poll Results: What is Adam’s best performance?

It was Adam’s birthday last week, so I decided to run a poll asking what Tool song contains Adam’s best performance.  The poll was actually a lot closer than I expected.  After leading early in the poll, Third Eye was eventually beaten by Lateralus as your favorite, very closely followed by Jambi.  Interestingly, not many of you think very high of pre- Ænima guitar work, perhaps suggesting Adam has come… Read More »Poll Results: What is Adam’s best performance?

If you’re online you might want to take a look: http://www.c4tv.co.nz/BigDayOut2007/C4attheBDO/tabid/215/Default.aspx Edit: I’ve either got a really crappy connection, or it’s a lousy stream, since it keeps stopping on me quite regularly. Visit at your own risk… Update: Looks like Tool have done and Axl Rose and not turned… Read More »Tool Interview

January Newsletter Cobber!

Blair has posted a very Australian themed newsletter on Toolband/Army today, obviously in celebration of the upcoming tour.  As usual it’s pretty light on Tool info, but heavy on weirdness.

Fourtheye Meetup

A couple of things have happened over the last month, and as a result I’ve decided that it might be a good idea to change things for the Fourtheye Meetup in Sydney on the 24th of January: Mattw looked over the venue (the Covent Gardens Hotel), and suggested it wasn’t such a great spot after all. There is no support act for the show, so Tool may be starting earlier… Read More »Fourtheye Meetup
