New Album update (of sorts)

I did my usual Toolarmy visit this morning, and noticed Blair had posted an update, which alludes to some progress on the new Tool album (and tacos): I went over to the loft a couple of days ago to find Danny in great spirits about the week’s writing sessions. Things went so well, in fact, that Tool’s drummer funded a 12-pack of crunchy tacos from Taco Bell for Thursday’s band… Read More »New Album update (of sorts)

Maynard in Bring Me The Disco King cover

Bored this morning? Here’s a track I never got around to listening to before from the Underworld Soundtrack – Bring Me the Disco King by David Bowie, and is it covered by Maynard James Keenan, John Frusciante and apparently also features Josh Freese. For your listening pleasure: Personally, I think it’s a pretty unremarkable song and cover version. I’m not familiar with the original, and Maynard vocals are limited to… Read More »Maynard in Bring Me The Disco King cover

Could Puscifer be playing Soundwave as well?

There seems to be a lot of speculation about whether or not Puscifer could be playing on Soundwave 2013 as well as A Perfect Circle. Many of the APC announcement tweets also seem to include Carina Round and other Puscifer members, which have lead some to believe there may be more to this tour than we think. And Maynard mentioned on a interview with Triple J this afternoon that he… Read More »Could Puscifer be playing Soundwave as well?
