Tool announce 2016 USA tour dates

While I try and fight off the effects of a nasty cold I’m fighting at the moment, it seems that those from the Tool website have been busy preparing a number of announcements for us.  For most of us the important news is that we have confirmation of some Tool shows happening in October (I’ll summarise and comment on the changes to ToolArmy in a separate post). Three dates have been… Read More »Tool announce 2016 USA tour dates

Can Büyükberber shares his visuals from the recent Tool tour

In a short but interesting article on The Creators Project, it is revealed that digital artist Can Büyükberber created a bunch of visuals for Tool’s most recent tour, including the new track Descending.  According to the article: Late last year, Büyükberber put together ten individual video loops for band’s live sets. Fourtheye server move

I’m sure many of you have noticed that Fourtheye has been down the last few days, and also down far too often in the last few months.  Well, enough was enough, and the decision was made to shift the server to a more reliable location, and here we are! Maynard “still hopeful” of a Tool album

It looks like Maynard hasn’t given up hope of a new Tool album, at least according to a recent interview with WMMR (a radio station in Philadelphia I believe).  You can listen to the whole interview below, Maynard comes online at about the 1:46 mark.  It’s an ok interview, nothing you haven’t really heard before though (though I did discover Al Bundy has a black belt): When asked about Tool news… Read More »Maynard “still hopeful” of a Tool album
