Maynard on Beat.com.au

Maynard speaks with Beat.com.au about Puscifer.  Pretty standard interview really, with nothing particularly new revealed.  Here’s a snippet: Speaking of lowest common denominators, was the singer gutted over the farcical decision to award the Grammy to Wolfmother (and their derivative single Woman) over Tool for ‘Best Hard Rock Performance? “Well, you and I both know exactly where that song came from,” he laughs. “But never mind all that, because it… Read More »Maynard on Beat.com.au

obZen

According to Blabbermouth, Meshuggah have finished recording their new CD, and it will be called obZen.  According to drummer Tomas Haake: “We’ve finished the recording a couple weeks back! It sounds really good and we’re super-excited about the new stuff!” I guess it would be a bit strange if he wasn’t super excited.  Hopefully Meshuggah will join Tool on the road again one day, preferably Down Under.
