Adam’s Myspace has had an update in the last couple of days. The updates seem to be several photo’s taken from Adam’s days working in special effects. Well it’s a slow news day so what the hell. An anonymous writer on Wikipedia has written on the Adam Jones talk page that: The new album is set to release circa March 2006, info from Adam Jone’s nephew who, awesomely enough, goes to my school at LHS. Think of this what you will. I think they’re full of shit personally.
There’s plenty of rumours going around regarding Tool playing festivals around Europe this Norther Summer, including the previously mentioned Norwegian Festival. The lastest on is about them playing the Roskilde Festival. You’ll all be happy to know, the Signed Lateralus Vinyl, DVD’s and my “Turn Off Your Television” shirt have all turned up. Everything’s as it should be, though sadly I got no special message from Adam on mine, just his sig. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to take some pictures on the weekend, or maybe later tonight for your viewing pleasure…..
Bastardometer from Toolarmy mentioned that Cam De Leon has a new book available at her site. It features some great artwork, and also some conceptual design drawings used for many of Tool’s album covers and videos. Adam’s myspace site also has a new image gallery called Micronaut.
