Sad news this morning in that it appears Volto! and Pigmy Love Circus guitarist John Z has recently suffered from a serious stroke. I noticed a post on the Volto! Facebook page about Danny Carey participating in something called Drum Day. Â Looks like this is an held event in LA on April 8th which serves primarily as a show case for drum equipment. On the weekend I read that Danny Carey was going to be playing at some Genesis related show, and then promptly forgot about it. Adam Jones has revealed via Instagram that Tool‘s Aftershock show almost didn’t go ahead due to Danny suffering from a serious staph infection: ~ Great crowd at #AfterShock festival.
